What Inspires Me — My husband who is a teacher, my three children (one of whom is a teacher), friends, traveling the world, home décor and renovation and meeting new people of all backgrounds.

Jill has worked in the meetings and hospitality industry for over 30 years.  Her experience offers a broad range of services to meet the most demanding needs of her clients. From large-scale events to focused retreats, she has planned meetings for groups ranging from 10 to 10,000 attendees.  Her meeting planning expertise encompasses all major markets globally to include association, corporate and SMERF clientele.  She is able to provide solutions as diverse as the clients and industries she serves.  Jill has worked for hotels, theme parks, destination management companies and most recently as a long-time independent meeting planner.

What Inspires Me — Witnessing people exemplify a love and devotion for what they do and what they believe in, a drive to teach and be taught, inspiring others, new life experiences, courage, creativity, collaboration, a vibrant community - Pittsburgh Strong! 

Jaime has been actively involved in the Pittsburgh event industry for 20 years.  She has a proven track record that exemplifies a passion for the industry, her colleagues, her customers, and her city.  Jaime prides herself on serving as a liaison to develop win/win relationships to curate authentic experiences that provide economic and societal benefit.   Before coming to the Hutton Group, Jaime worked at VisitPITTSBURGH where she built strong community relationships and received outstanding customer satisfaction results.  In addition, she spent years in full-service hotels in event management and also worked at the convention center in event technology. She has planned meetings and events for all major market segments.  Some of her favorite events include the G20 Summit and her largest convention to date for over 13,000 attendees. Jaime recently obtained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification and is also a five-year board member of the Pittsburgh chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) where, as president, she led the team to an Overall Excellence Award. 


Stephanie Tomaselli

What Inspires Me — Family, sports, traveling to new places, home renovations, gardening, baking and spending time with friends.

Stephanie has been committed to the hospitality industry for over 10 years and has great passion, work ethic and loyalty to each of her clients.  Stephanie dedicates herself to providing the highest level of service to each group.  Prior to joining the Hutton Group, Stephanie represented several hotel chains and independent brands, including Omni, Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott, where she worked in event planning, sales, catering, front office and housekeeping. While in these roles, she formed lasting relationships and experienced first-hand how clients and hotels can benefit from working with meeting planners.  Stephanie operates with a sense of urgency and attention to detail, with a focus on all markets. 


Dana Clements

What Inspires Me  I am inspired by the small details in life...those little things that make something extra beautiful or make your experience just a little more special. I am always inspired by good food, unique places, and people — kind, happy people!  

 Dana comes to the Hutton Group with over 15 years experience managing meetings and events for Carnegie Mellon University. She began her tenure coordinating education and research events, later joining a team of event strategists who focused solely on high-profile initiatives for the President's Office. Most recently, Dana supported the University's Board of Trustees, coordinating their annual schedule of meetings and retreats which took place in unique venues across the United States. During her time at Carnegie Mellon, Dana gained extensive experience in catering to VIP audiences from the intersecting worlds of technology, business, entertainment and academia.
