With nearly two decades of experience designing high-stakes experiential programs, Stephan Paschalides brings a fresh, outsider-inspired perspective to event planning. As the founder and creative force behind Now Plus One, he crafts bespoke, multi-sensory field treks and interactive workshops that connect teams with subcultures, experts, and real-world human context.

Complementing his work at Now Plus One, Stephan collaborates with The Hutton Group, crafting strategic event programs that move organizations toward their highest-value outcomes. Having partnered with dozens of Fortune 500 organizations, Stephan thrives on the complexity, creativity, and logistics that immersive live events demand. A global nomad, currently residing in Lisbon, Portugal. Stephan believes the most memorable events happen when we step outside our defaults to create moments of genuine connection.
